Nazario Consumer Services LLC Feedback Overview Poor service, please don't go there. Last year they put my incontax incorrectly; they gave me a form, and when I went to the IRS, it sent another one. This year I went again and the same thing happened. This time they gave me a form and the IRS registration is marked differently. They insist that I should call until Monday because he didn't do it, but his secretary did. Poor service. Maria and Nazario, may God continue to bless you, very dedicated and committed. Bless you. Great quality services and customer attention. Careful, be careful and pay attention when preparing your taxes with this man. My husband prepared them with him for three years straight. This man stopped sending his taxes the last two years he prepared them. When he applied for his Social Security pension, we realized that two years of tax returns were missing, which affected his monthly payroll check. We went to speak with him at his office, but he had disappeared and never appeared. We realized we weren't the only ones affected; more people were waiting for him, and they called the police. We don't know how the matter ended because we left and never more visited him at his office. Nazario prepared and submitted my divorce papers to court for a very affordable price. Within 4 months my divorce was done. Very pleased with services. Thank you very much. Very nice funny caring.… My parents have known him for so long can’t even remember so many years… Truly if you want to save money and time don’t got there I paid $800 2 months ago for my legal process. Every time I called he said he would get to it on the weekend. Every single time but he never called. Never emailed never nothing I sign my petition of the papers he has done they were all done incorrectly. He asked more than 5 times what address we were going to use and I said mine. Yet in all the papers he used my husbands address. Mind you he ask for all the $800 about 2 months ago to do my papers so I paid it. Okay now what? My papers still not done I calm and all he says is I haven’t had time because of the taxes. I have been busy. Like ok you been busy but you were quick to ask for the $800. I also asked if I had payments plans he said no he needed it all so if he needed it all and I gave it to him and he still didn’t do anything. Still till this day he said he would get to it “this weekend”. Yea no thank you. Stay away from this place! They don’t know how to do taxes! They never warned me to do an adjustment since the first time; it’s October and I haven’t filled my taxes yet because of a lack of information since the first appointment with these people.
